Items Damaged in Transit
Please inform us within 7 days of this. You must contact us first.
We can then organise a courier to pick up the item(s) from you and once we receive the item(s) back (Altough, If the item(s) are visibly damaged when you received them, it’s best to sign the courier delivery note stating this). Once we receive the item(s) back, we’ll issue a replacement and resend the order to you or offer a full refund.
Items Faulty or Missing Parts on Arrival
Please inform us within 10 days of this and we’ll either send you the missing parts or you can return the order if its faulty and we’ll either replace it or offer a full refund.
If you change your mind
Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item excluding delivery charges.
We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We are unable to exchange items that are NOT damaged, NOT defective or incorrect item that you have purchased..
Please note, Bespoke drawer boxes or other products made to your needs are not included in the 30-day returns guarantee and are not returnable unless damaged or faulty.
